What to Eat Before Training
Its discussed quite a lot in the studio.... "oh, I ate too much before training" .... " What should I eat to make me train better".... 'I feel too bloated to train" All can be answered by one simple thing, eat healthy, eat clean, don't overload on carbs... especially before training. I like to have a black coffee and a protien bar, but that's a personal thing. Experiment, find out what makes you stronger when training. Let me know what you think?
