How I spend my Friday nights.

I spend my Friday nights at Freedom Aerial, it is such a fun class to take and definitely recommend it for anyone! I have an amazing instructor and is always in a great mood, making everyone have fun!

How I prepare for class.

In order to have a good class I have to prepare before and have a healthy snack or something light.

Healthy Snacks

  • Fruit

  • Granola bar

  • Yogurt

  • Small sandwich

And the last thing I do before I leave, is I get ready and get all my stuff together.

What I bring

  • Water

  • Notebook and pen

What I wear

  • Leggings

  • A t-shirt or a leotard

  • Hair up away from face

What to do in class

  • Enjoy myself

  • Improve moves I have already worked on

  • Take notes

  • Learn new things

  • Be safe
